BUYER / PLANNER (ROCHESTER OPERATIONS)

 WANTED: BUYER / PLANNER - Purchase materials, equipment, tools and services for custom electrical products manufacturing.  Responsibilities include procurement of materials to fulfill work orders, costing BOM’s for quotation, negotiating pricing and delivery with suppliers, reviewing and expediting outstanding supplier orders to satisfy production demands, resolving supply issues, material planning  to reduce costs and to improve on time delivery/quality and supplier relations, along with other duties, as assigned. Prior supervisory experience and working knowledge of Visual Mfg or other ERP systems desired.  Must be team player and able to work effectively with other departmental functions.  A minimum of 3 years experience in an electronics purchasing, manufacturing materials or comparable environment, with a strong work history and demonstrated accomplishments required.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT COORDINATOR (ROCHESTER OPERATIONS)

Purpose: The primary, key liaison between the company and its customers.
Responsibilities:  Process orders for products received by mail, fax, email or personally from customer. Informs customer of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
Ensures customer complaints are properly documented , and resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.
Examines contracts and delivery schedules to insure completeness and accuracy, requests or approves amendments to or extensions of contracts, may coordinate work of sales departments with production, engineering, and shipping departments to implement fulfillment on contracts.

REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

WANTED: REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for an innovative company developing advanced power technologies for defense, aerospace and high-technology electronics manufacturers.  Position requires strong salesmanship.  Hunting skills a must: prospecting calls, in-person appointments, outstanding negotiation skills, highly organized, detail oriented and fully engaged.  Experience in selling electrical or electromagnetic devices to large national/international accounts very helpful.  Results based financial compensation plan with very good earning potential.
